In 1994 right after graduating for Hug High School I joined the US Army were I served as both an Infantryman and a UH-60 Blackhawk mechanic. Then in December 2001 I was honorably discharged and moved back to Reno to be close to family. I learned that I loved photography while taking a B&W photography class at TMCC in the summer of 2006. In 2008 I was able to use a studio in south Reno on a regular bases and for the next couple years I worked with models learning something new with every shoot. In early 2010 the studio closed down and I was unable to swing the funds to open a studio space of my own. Around that time I was lucky to meet a commercial photographer just returning to the area that wanted an assistant for some of his jobs and I have been lucky to work with him ever since. Over the last year I have been able to get back into the studio and start working with people again.
